Shipping Policy

At VA Spirit Gear, we are committed to delivering your custom apparel efficiently and reliably. All orders are processed and printed at our facility in Virginia.

Processing Time: Orders typically require 5-7 business days for production before shipment. This timeframe allows us to ensure the highest quality for your custom items.

Shipping Methods & Delivery: We offer various shipping options, with delivery times varying based on the selected method and your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Local Pickup: For customers located in Virginia, local pickup options may be available. Please select this option at checkout if it is offered for your order.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at VA Spirit Gear. Due to the custom nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:

Custom Orders: All custom-printed items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in the product or an error in printing on our part. Please review your design and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective product or an item that differs significantly from your approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Non-Custom Items: Non-custom items (if applicable) may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Process for Returns/Refunds: To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact our customer service team at (804) 640-1476. vaspiritgear@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the problem. We may request photos of the item.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
