Caring for Your VA Spirit Gear

Follow these simple guidelines to ensure your custom apparel stays vibrant and lasts longer.

Washing Instructions

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing. This protects the printed design.
  • Wash with cold water on a gentle cycle. Hot water can damage the print and fabric.
  • Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
  • Wash with similar colors to prevent dye transfer.

Drying Instructions

  • Tumble dry on low heat or, ideally, hang dry. High heat can cause shrinking and damage the print.
  • If machine drying, remove promptly to avoid wrinkles and excessive heat exposure.
  • Air drying is recommended to preserve the integrity of the design and fabric.

Ironing & Storage

  • Do not iron directly on the printed design. If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out.
  • Use a low heat setting and avoid steam when ironing.
  • Store your apparel in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

  • Avoid dry cleaning, as the chemicals can harm the print.
  • Do not use fabric softeners, as they can sometimes break down the ink over time.
